YourOceanPath is provided as an early-access surf coaching and forecasting tool. By using this app you agree to use it responsibly and acknowledge that surf conditions carry inherent risk.
2. Forecast accuracy
Forecasts and coaching recommendations are informational only. Ocean conditions can change rapidly and may differ from what is displayed. Always use your own judgement and local knowledge before entering the water.
3. Safety disclaimer
YourOceanPath does not accept liability for injury, loss, or damage arising from use of forecast data or coaching recommendations. Surfing is a hazardous activity — surf within your ability and never surf alone in unfamiliar conditions.
4. Data storage
All profile and preference data is stored locally on your device. We do not collect or transmit personal data to external servers in this early-access phase.
5. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the service evolves. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of the latest terms.
